I think a 219 copy with a synthetic stock, maybe even in stainless steel would be an excellent firearm choice.  It would have limited appeal though, as most people would just buy one of the many cheap bolt actions available.  I agree that the Ruger no.1 is about as good as it gets but a weather proof 219 at the price of the Henry would be in my possession PDQ.
