There's a 219/220A stripped receiver on GunsAmerica for $22.  If you want an expensive paper weight or have a lot of Savage single shot parts to play with.  Seller is in Maine; I know nothing about him except that he seems to have a lot of parts and stripped guns.  GA # is 910571664.
