Title: Barrel markings

Are all 219 and 220 barrels stamped Savage Arms?

No, all barrels are not marked Savage.  Some barrels are marked "Savage Arms Corporation" with the factory address on the left side and the caliber or gauge on the right side.  Others only have the caliber and gauge/chamber length on the left side.  Model 219 rifles that are factory drilled and tapped for a scope have the writing on the top center of the barrel.  Starting with the "A" suffix models, the name and address is on the left side of the frame with the caliber/gauge on the barrel.  Also, some barrels on Stevens marked guns will interchange with the Savage single shots, so it would be possible to find a Savage receiver with a Stevens barrel.  The assembly numbers on an example like this would not match.  I hope this helps some.

I've also found several shotgun barrels that had neither model numbers nor "Brand" name.  All very later model "alphabet" barrels (220B or D).
