Post by: summitww on September 17, 2014, 06:14:10 PM
I have every part from these early non letter models.  just ask and I probably have it.  Firing pins are precious to me and I doubt ill let one go but you can try!

I don't have any extra firing pins and don't have the top lever screw.  did you try gunpartscorp.com?

Hello, wondering if you would have an early original steel, curved and tapered 220/219 trigger guard for sale? If so, how much $$? Thanks for your time.

Hello, I was wondering if you might have the metal parts that fit in the forearm?

Joe, welcome to this forum.  I have lost touch with Joe Summit, so you may not get an answer to your inquiry to him.  As I mentioned in my earlier response to your post, this part is available from Numrich Arms and you can find it on Ebay.  Good luck with your hunt and please keep us posted on your progress.  Best wishes, Garnett

I have been very successful in finding all parts needed for the M219/220, both striker and hammer fired, from either Numrich or E-bay.

Any chance you'd have a butt stock?

No, I do not have one.  I have not checked in a while, but Numrich did have both the early and late style stocks.  Ebay has them on a regular basis, but not always both styles.  As well as I have been able to determine there were 3 styles of stocks.  The early Walnut with a fluted comb and slotted screws in the butt plate.  The 2nd style is also walnut with no flutes and Phillip's head screws in the butt plate.   The 3rd style is some kind of hard wood with a walnut stain on it, also Phillips head screws.  Of course there are other non Savage, after market stocks available from Boyd and other companies.

I recently purchased the "blank" extractor from Numrich.  It seems to me it would be a lot of work to fit it to a barrel.  I do not have one for sale, but suggest you look at Ebay.  They have a very large selection of parts.  Best wishes, Garnett
