Title: Stevens No. 10 Single Shot Pistol W/Wood Stock

I have seen one picture of this pistol with a wood shoulder stock.  I don't know if it was a factory prototype or an aftermarket item.  Does anyone have any information about this stock?  I will appreciate any help.
