Title: Ace Hardware Has Screws For Firearms!

While I have not visited an Ace store myself, I have been advised that some of them now have a complete section of nothing but small screws suitable for firearms.  I do not know if all Ace stores will have them.  I hope this helps someone.  i.e. Right now I need all the screws for a J. Stevens No. 10 single shot pistol.  The Ace store nearest me is 50 miles away.  I'll keep you posted on what I find.  Please let us know if you visit one anytime soon.  The Ace web site only had very favorable comments on the new screw section.  Of course there is one in every crowd.....some fellow posted this question: "What is a gun screw?" :-\

Yes, the Ace near me has a complete set of gunsmith screws. And at a fraction of what you can buy them online for. Might give them a call. I've found the staff at the two near my knowledgeable and helpful.
