Art, Thanks for the comment.  It was a small one table display that in addition to the 3 guns and 1911 Savage slide, gave information on other Savages for the military; the .45 acp pistol submitted for trials, the Lewis Gun, and the Thompson M1-A, all made by Savage at various times.  Best wishes, Garnett

Update 1-29-2020......  I have since found out that Savage also made the M-2, 50 caliber MG's in WWII.
