This is my newest book about the little known Fiala Single Shot .22 Rim Fire pistol.  At a glance it appears to be a semiautomatic, typical of the era.  It is not.  It is a single shot, 10 round detachable magazine feed, pistol.  When fired, the slide must manually be pulled to the rear to extract the fired empty shell.  Then pushing forward on the slide puts a new round in the chamber and cocks the action.  They came with various rifled and smooth bore barrels and were fitted with shoulder stocks.  There is not much information known about these guns.  I purchased 5 of them to do research for this book.  They were made from 1920 until selling out to High Standard in 1925.  The price is $45 including shipping via USPS Media Rate.  Signed if requested.  I will accept personal checks, USPS and Walmart money orders.  If interested, please contact me at    garnettstancil@hotmail.com.  Please click on pictures to enlarge.  Thank you for looking.
