Hello -
I just bought a Savage 220A, a 20 gauge and my first of these models, although I've been interested in them for awhile. I've lately developed a fascination with single shots of many types, but I'll restrict my comments on this forum to those made by Savage.

I'm an attorney near Tampa, Florida, and a sub-specialty of my practice is firearms law. I was pleasantly surprised to find a forum dedicated to the 219/220, and I look forward to learning more about these interesting guns.

Mike, thanks for joining us!  We have some knowledgeable Savage 219/220 collectors on this forum.  I have learned a lot from them.  Best wishes, Garnett
