Stevens No. 10 Front Sight With Removable Blade

I have discovered two Stevens No. 10 pistols that have what appears to be a factory made front sight with an interchangeable blade.  Does anyone have an example of this?  Please send a picture and serial number if you don't mind doing so.  The two I have seen have serial numbers below 2000.  Also, I would like to purchase one of these front sights.  Thanks for sharing any info you may have.  Please click on image to enlarge.
