My recent resurgence of interest in my old savage 220 in 20 gauge has me searching online for parts and other guns. This popped up on GB for $125 so I just went ahead and bought it.  Here are some pictures.

Thanks for posting the pictures!  You have what I call a “2nd Model Utica”.  Thin trigger with alloy trigger guard.  It is a nice clean gun. Most likely a pre-war production.  The plant moved from Utica in 1946.

Thank you for the info, does the forgrip normally have a external screw holding it in like that? my 20 gauge doesn't have that screw visable when installed....

Yes, that is standard for early models.  There were 4 basic styles of forearms.  Some had a screw at the rear, some in the middle, and some with no outside screw at all.
