WTB: 410 barrel, must be Utica, flanged
« on: December 15, 2019, 07:23:36 AM »
Hi all,

Looking to buy a .410 barrel.  Must be Utica stamped, flanged, in good working condition.

Any sellers?

Have you looked on Ebay and Gun Broker?  I sometimes find owners/sellers want much more for a barrel that an entire gun can be purchased for.  Good luck on your quest.

Just checking back in with this...no one's got an extra one to sell?  These aren't as hard to find as the Hornet I acquired, but I still expect to pay for a good one.

Offers?

Chris, have you tried looking for a barrel on "Google"?  Sometimes things show up there that are not on Ebay and Gun Broker.

One reason the .410 barrels are in demand is that they don't require a "shotgun" forend like the larger guages do--they fit the rifle forends just fine.  There are, of course, other reasons, including the fact that some of us just plain love .410s....

Yeah, I assume 410 fits rifle forearm, cuz they definitely fit 20ga.  Forends I got...barrel I don't.
